Share Your Meltdown Moment and Win a Keurig 2.0!

Oil spill in the kitchen
Dead fish in the filter
Forgotten homework assignments
Having to put clean socks away again
The wrong reports getting printed out at work
A broken wheel on the new RC car you've saved up for
Constantly having to look at the bottom of the food dish as if no one cares if you starve to death

These are just a few of the meltdown worthy events in our house...this week. I added in one for the cat, just in case you thought I wasn't feeding my children.

We are all hit by meltdown-inducing moments from time to time. And we all have our own ways of coping: taking deep breaths, going for a walk, relaxing with a cup of coffee...

Actually, sometimes the coffee, or lack thereof, seems to be the cause of the meltdown itself!

Don't worry, we're here to help!

The Mother of All Meltdowns crew is teaming up again to bring you...
Between April 10 and April 30 you can enter to win a new Keurig 2.0 just by sharing your meltdown picture with us. Use the hashtag #MyMotherOfAllMeltdowns on Twitter or share them on our Facebook page to enter. Photos can be of actual meltdowns (kids' or adults'), what makes moms meltdown (i.e. a science project); the aftermath of a meltdown (i.e broken wine glass), what calms the meltdown (i.e. FULL wine glass!)

On May 1, the co-authors of The Mother of All Meltdowns (including me!) will choose 3 finalists as a group. Those finalists will be notified via The Mother of All Meltdowns Facebook page and Twitter account. Finalists can promote their pics in order to get likes, retweets, etc. We will announce the winner on May 8.

And if you still haven't purchased your copy of the book, what are you waiting for!?! You can get it right here!

  1. Trust me we have our own moments too and definitely think our Keurig is a godsend. So I couldn't love this giveaway more and will be sharing on my site next week too 😉

  2. Ahhhh, yes. I just had a mommy meltdown this morning because my preschooler decided to come into our bed early this morning and persisted in activities that would not allow me to sleep!

  3. Isn't it crazy how it all seems to happen at the same time? I had a bad one on Tuesday, with emergency work stuff, not having dinner ready, getting home late. It's nuts, but thankfully I was able to separate my kids from the situation and not take it out on them or get snappy at them. Instead, because I didn't get to see them as much as I normally do, I thought of them as the ones who give me calm and peace, weirdly. Even though they did annoying things, I was glad I still had them nearby. Now if only all my days were like that ;)

  5. How fun! There are just too many melt down moments to count! Perhaps the one last week where the toddler popped on me at the store and I was out of wipes and had no time to go home and change before meeting a friend for lunch?

  6. I don't drink coffee myself, but I know how essential it is to some people's days!

  7. My kids don't come in my room. Instead they yell for me from their beds. i don't know which is worse! Neither one of us is sleeping well!

  8. Things have been crazy and super busy for us, but the kids haven't been acting up that much. It's just a busy time with too much going on. I'd say I'm looking forward to the weekend, but I have to work tomorrow too!
