Today is my SITS day. If you are not visiting from that fabulous place, let me just say that the SITS website is a great place for women bloggers to get to know each other, learn about blogging, and have lots of fun! Each weekday they showcase a "featured blogger" and today it's my turn!
My name is Rabia, but I regularly answer to Mom, Mommy, MOMMY!! and Mama Rab. Here on my blog I mostly talk about daily life with three kids, a husband, and a cat. My husband and I both work full-time outside the home. I have the traditional 8-5 and his schedule is more varied. Together we have Frances who is nine, Henry who is five, and Benjamin who is almost three. You can read more about my kids by clicking on their individual pictures over there on the left.
I tell stories about my kids, parenting, and life in general. I like to cook, so I occasionally post recipes. I like to read, sew, craft, and surf the internet.

Sometimes you've got to pick your battles and I would much rather be spending quality time with my family instead of stressing about toys all over the floor. Happy SITS day! ReplyDeleteCongrats on your SITS Day! I recently started working outside the home 5 days a week. My schedule is only 2 full days and 3 half days but I am totally BEAT! I don't know how you do it!
Happy SITS day! I really had to laugh with the magnet. Our house IS clean, at least once a week, two minutes after the cleaning lady is gone. And then the dog walks in or I start breathing again (I'm such a mess-maker!). Guess that won't get any better with our little one growing up... I also cracked with your post about math and children, the one you recommended. Good fun, at least afterwards and on 'paper'!
