Spirit of God Illustrated Bible

I received this book  for free in exchange for an honest review.
I think we do a pretty good job of covering God the Father and God the Son, but God the Spirit gets a little bit hazy sometimes. Last week in Sunday School my class talked about faith. Faith is believing in things you cannot see or touch. It's a hard one for third graders to grasp. It's hard for their 40-year old teachers to grasp too.

I was asked to review this new illustrated bible and the theme really hit home with me. These stories are focused on God's Spirit with us throughout time. God's Spirit was there at Creation, God's Spirit was there with all the prophets. God's Spirit accompanied Jesus in His mission on earth.

These are familiar stories with a different perspective. They will help make the Spirit visible throughout Bible history, and hopefully that makes the Spirit a little easier to see in your life today.
