The Best Laid Plans...

I was on a roll with planning last week.  I've continued most of it through this week.  I even went to a training class for work about planning and goal setting!  But then when I looked at my blogging calendar, I realized that I had penciled in a post about the county fair for today. 

The problem is, that we haven't been to the fair yet.  We are going tonight.  And after we get home I am not going to sit right down and write a post about it!  So I saw this coming, but I've got nothing!  I even got posts for next week already scheduled and taken care of.  But today...nada.

I wanted to write a post about something that made me mad with one of the kids.  But then I couldn't write it without calling one of them out in a way I didn't want to call them out.  And there are other people involved that I don't want to embarrass.

I started a post about some funny things that Benjamin has said lately, but they are mostly just funny in my head.

This week has been kind of normal.  Which is good, but doesn't make for exciting blog stories.

I actually typed out two different stories from my past and then got to the end, thought they sounded familiar and did a quick search to find out I had already written those stories!

So this is me.  Failing on my calendar of blogging.  Drawing a complete blank for what to write about.  Glad that tomorrow is Friday and I've got a prompt to go by.  And a trip to the zoo over the weekend.
