Check out WebSudoku for a lot of cool sudoku puzzles. You can do the regular style ones online and have the computer time you and check your answers. You can also check out lots of variations of the puzzle; such as Samurai style, which is 5 regular Sudoku puzzles stuck together; Squiggly Sudoku, which has irregularly shaped pieces instead of the normal grid; and a 16x16 puzzle that uses letters instead of numbers.
I like to try and keep my brain in shape when I get some spare time, and this is one place that will give me a mental workout.
